I really don't care for blogs. I feel like I'm writing into deep space. I just tried to post a long entry and it evaporated into thin air, never to been read.

I've tried to contact John O'Guin about hooking me up with some interviews. It's been hard to find acadenic sources for my paper, but I think I'm looking in the wrong places.

Now that comps are over I can focus more on the paper.

After hours spent on the Internet searching for info on how to train my dog, I finally caved to "the man" and paid Petsmart for lessons. I think it will work about well. The Internet has too many conflicting messages. Everyone is an expert in cyberland.

I’m going to talk to Jon O’ Guin about seeing if there are some old school reporters at the Forth Worth Star Telie that would be willing to do some one-on-one interviews about the transition from the “old” ways of journalism to the new ways of technology. I really think it would be best to work with a paper that I have an in at.

Another point about the Internet...
After signing up for a few on-line job sites, my email has been flooded by junk job offers. No, I'm sorry, but I don't want to stuff envelopes with my master’s degree. Now, there's no sacred place to look for a job any more.

I heard Braum's in hiring...
